Shipping

1) Please allow us to process your order within 48 hours. Your project should be wrapped before sent out in good condition, in good condition delivered to your box.

2) Your order will be sent to the door. You will receive a confirmation email that your order details, once your order is successful. We will send you a tracking number and link tracking, once we ship your package. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us by e-mail.

3) Delivery time is 5-7 days to all major destinations among several orders may take longer depending on the ordering (weekends, holidays) time. The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company standard. Delivery is guaranteed. If your package is lost or seized we will reship once we ignore the event.

We guarantee all products at your doorstep in a timely manner, commitment to safety. All parcels will be marked as "gift" or "sample" to avoid being charged customs fees, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges, if any. If the goods are lost in transit phase, we will assume full responsibility and will reship your expenses.

Returns

In seven days, if you desire to return, because the items purchased these reasons, you need to send the product back to us in the original package (you will pay for return shipping) (from the date the product received). When we receive the products, we will also deduct transportation costs and a 5% fee. You just change your mind and want to change to another return policy will not work in this case.
